Recette Greek-Inspired Tomato Tartare and Whipped Feta

Ingredients
- 18 SAVOURA Cerizo cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 mini-cucumbers, sliced into rings
- ½ red onion, chopped
- 60 ml (¼ cup) sliced Kalamata olives
- 1 X 200 g container feta cheese, diced
- 300 g (500 ml) nordic shrimp
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) chopped fresh basil
- Pepper to taste
For the creamy dressing:
- 125 ml (½ cup) mayonnaise
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) plain 0% Greek yogurt
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) lemon zest
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) chopped garlic
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) chopped fresh dill
Preparation
- In a salad bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- Add the tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, olives, feta, shrimp and basil to the salad bowl. Season with pepper and toss.
