Recette Chicken Burger with Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onions

Indulge in the goodness of ripe tomatoes with Savoura BIO-Apéro. These small tomatoes on a vine are hand-picked at the perfect moment to provide a perfectly flavoured and sweet experience. Ingredients
- 2 containers (250 g each) SAVOURA BIO – Apéro cocktail tomatoes or 1 container (454 g) SAVOURA Cocktalio tomatoes
- 1 container (200 g) of bocconcinis
- 20 pitted green olives
- 20 pitted Kalamata olives
- 20 pickled pearl onions
- 50 g (1 3/4 oz) salami slices
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary, cut into chunks
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) herb vinaigrette
Preparation
- Wrap a 23 cm (9″) high Styrofoam cone in aluminum foil and place it on a serving dish.
- Place the tomatoes, bocconcini, olives, pickled onions and salami slices individually on toothpicks.
- Prick the toothpicks and rosemary into the cone to distribute the various ingredients.
- Serve with the vinaigrette.
