Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a delightful pairing of Savoura strawberries and creamy chocolate fondue! This enchanting dessert is not only beautiful but also incredibly delicious. Ingredients
- 1 container of Savoura strawberries (541 mL)
- 200 g chocolate fondue (Dark, Hazelnut or Milk chocolate – we used Chocolats Favoris 85 g microwaveable format)
Preparation
- Gently rinse the Savoura strawberries under water, then dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
- Melt the chocolate fondue according to package directions. Let it cool slightly for a few minutes.
- Dip each strawberry about two-thirds of the way into the melted chocolate.
- Let the excess chocolate drip off, then place the strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Get creative to your heart’s content and add chocolate drizzle, nuts or sea salt.
- Let set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes, no longer.
