Recette Mini Frittatas with Cherry Tomatoes, Bocconcini & Basil

Soft, fruity and just sweet enough, these Savoura strawberry muffins are perfect for busy mornings, lunchboxes or sweet moments to share. A simple, comforting recipe — because some of the best moments begin with a warm muffin, fresh from the oven.
Ingredients
- 1 bag blueberry and oatmeal muffin mix from Cora Déjeuners
(you’ll also need ¾ cup milk or plant-based beverage, ½ cup vegetable oil or melted margarine, and 2 eggs) - 1 container Savoura strawberries, finely diced
Preparation
- Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the muffin mix package.
- In a bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil and eggs. Add the muffin mix and stir just until the batter is moistened. Gently fold in the strawberries, without overmixing.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre of a muffin comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before unmoulding.
- Top with sliced strawberries, if desired, and enjoy
