Ingredients
- 250 mL (1 cup) La Vigne tomatoes, sliced
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) mozzarella, sliced
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
- 10 mL (2 tsp) balsamic vinegar (optional)
- 10 mL (2 tsp) fresh basil, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
