Savoura is a Quebec-based company founded in the Portneuf region in 1988. In 1995, the business grew its first greenhouse tomatoes, which have since won over the hearts of the Quebec people with their quality, freshness, and flavour. Thirty years later, Savoura has become the leader in the greenhouse tomatoes and strawberries industry, thanks to its expertise and commitment to quality. In 1995, the company was bought out by Serres Sagami so it could grow to its full potential.
Savoura expanded by adding organic tomatoes to its offer in 2011, and greenhouse strawberries in 2017. Over the years, Savoura positioned itself as a leader in the Quebec greenhouse produce sector. In 2026, the company acquired the majority of Demers’s horticultural production assets, growing to over 650 employees and eight production sites across the province.
We operate over eight production sites located in eight different regions of Quebec (Capitale-Nationale, Estrie, Laurentides, Laurentides, Mauricie, Montérégie, Centre-du-Québec and Chaudière-Appalaches, Drummondville, and Lévis) and employe over 650 people. At Savoura, we grow greenhouse produce over 163 acres, including 22 acres of organic cultures.

Our Quebec-grown tomatoes and strawberries travel from our greenhouses to your grocer in under 48 hours, without being transported over thousands of miles. Our produce follows the highest freshness standards of the agri-food industry.
We reuse 100% of our water to prevent waste. Many of our greenhouses are also heated with forest biomass. Our innovative packaging is made in Canada. The SAVOURA BIO brand is a North-American leader in organic greenhouse cultures. Savoura even grew the very first organic tomatoes sold in major grocery chains.
